Help Support Nathan’s “Mann Clan”

Donation protected
Nathan Travis Mann began his final journey Saturday, September 22nd surrounded by family, friends, music, laughter, stories and a beautiful moon for the equinox. His middle son, Max, slept by his side until the early hours of Sunday morning at which point he decided to swap the couch for his bed. A few hours later the sun rose in a fabulous blue sky and Nathan waited patiently for Max to rejoin the family once more. When he did, with his beautiful wife Katie, daughter Poppy (9), Max (7) and Frank (6), all at his side, he passed peacefully.

Nathan was diagnosed with a Stage 4 Glioblastoma Tumor in October 2017. GBM is the most aggressive form of brain cancer with survival following diagnosis is 12-15 months, with fewer than 3% surviving longer than five years. Upon diagnosis, Nathan immediately underwent surgery to resect the tumor, followed by weeks of radiation in Seattle, and months of chemotherapy. Several weeks ago, in mid-August, it was determined that the tumor had rapidly spread throughout his brain and he ceased treatment. Nathan entered home hospice care on August 24th.

This GoFundMe will go directly to Katie, Poppy, Max and Frank to help them navigate the way forward without their beloved Nathan.
