Help Support Kevin & Trina Smith

This is for my good friend Kevin Smith who has recently been diagnosed with liver disease and is currently awaiting a transplant.

Kevin has been a very special friend and brother in Christ & such an encouragement to me over the years. I met Kevin back in 1998 at PowerHouse Gym in Chatsworth. Over the years we worked out together, went to church, witnessed and ate lots of sushi...lots! We would also witness together, & he never missed an opportunity to share Christ with others and challenged people regarding evolution & to consider the merits of creation science. 

More recent years we haven't seen as much of each other but always stay in touch talking for hours on the phone on Facebook and texting with each other.

I think of Kevin like a big brother. He has also gone through some radical trials throughout his life. Years ago, he risked his own life when pulling a woman out of an overturned car that was on fire.  By God's grace he has pulled many people out of the fire when sharing Christ & the good news of the gospel with them.

 It is very upsetting to hear this news and diagnosis regarding Kevin's condition. However, he is in good spirit and trusting the Lord through this regardless of the outcome. Kevin has been going to Cedars Sinai Transplant Center and is on the transplant waiting list.  Let's pray for the best possible outcome and that the Lord's will be done.

 Since his condition has worsened Kevin has been very weak and unable to work. Both Kevin and his wife Trina are hurting both physically and financially at this time.   From the bottom of their heart they both would appreciate any help you can give financially and please keep them in your prayers.  God Bless
