As of 16th Oct 2019 Kerry was diagnosed with T2/T3NOMO (stage2/3 cancer) squamous cell carcinoma of the nose and sinuses , after battling with her gp since March he convinced her she was being paranoid and that it was just a blocked nose!
So not only do we need to raise awareness for this alwful C diagnosis but also desperate for daily life essentials such as funding for hospital appointments, Bill's, heating oil, as of next week they wont be able to do hospital appointments as they have no Mot on the car and it needs extensive work , hospital journey is an 89mile round trip and have so far been doing up to 3 of these a week granted as there on universal credit some percentage of fuel is payed back but not full amount taxi being impossible to fund !
Food funds are at a crisis point after just moving house expenditures have increased unknown at the time of the move the severity or clear diagnosis , but the family were planning to go back to work , this now being impossible with Rob now caring for Kerry who's struggling to get out of bed being so ill and being main carers for disabled children as they aren't entitled to any restbite through council services !!
Christmas approaches and they have absolutely nothing! No car no chance of getting to appointments no food no heating not enough money to pay for basic essentials as what's left over is paying for child minders to make sure children are safe at home !
Kerry as been ill for quite some time and had over 22 courses of antibiotics since March, she has needed lots of care and support from her fiance Rob , she has 3 children all with a range of disabilities that she has struggled with for over 22 years (22 being the eldest child & 14 youngest) and as never asked for help and always the first to help those in need , she is a Nanny to Olivia age 11 months.
Upon going in for surgery last week to have tumor removed she also gained MRSA believed to of been from biopsy surgery a few weeks before
Please please can anyone help no matter how small every little bit counts

Mum slams social services for not helping disabled son while she has cancer op
She is told there needs to be a 32-day assessment
A woman who has had to go into hospital for cancer treatment said she is angry and frustrated after being unable to get a care package for her son who has severe autism.
Kerry Borlase said her 14-year-old son has such challenging behaviour and learning disabilities that he needs a care package at home where he is comfortable while she is in Derriford Hospital in Plymouth for three days for an emergency operation.
Kerry, of Tintagel, said: “I was diagnosed with stage 2/3 cancer and I have a tumour in my nose which needs immediate surgery.
“I asked social services for a care package so my son could be cared for at home but they say an assessment takes 32 days.
“I was thinking I would have to refuse the surgery and risk my life so I can look after him.”
She said that her son lashes out and gets aggressive with other people so other family members couldn’t look after him.
“He’s unable to comprehend that his mum has cancer," she said. "He thinks that means I will die, so he’s upset and confused.”
“I approached social services again to state I am too ill to have him home without a support package. If I leave him at home to have my tumour removed, I get done for neglect and abandonment.”
Her GP, Adrian Lee, wrote to social services on her behalf.
His letter stated: “She has been listed for an emergency operation. I understand this does not allow very much time to make arrangements for her son. She has no family who can help and needs the support and transport provided by her current partner to help her through the procedure.
“Her son’s behaviour in the past has been problematic, to say the least. She does need to have this surgery as soon as possible to reduce the chances of this cancer spreading further. I would be grateful for any assistance you may be able to provide her in supporting her son.”
A spokesman for Cornwall Council, which provides social services, said it could not comment on individual cases, adding: “In a case like this, our priority is to undertake an assessment of the child’s needs and then work to find a solution, looking to find care from within the family where possible.
“In some cases we work with the Multi Agency Referral Unit to make sure that the family receives the support it needs.”
As a stop-gap Kerry said her sister has been able to have her son to stop him from going into foster care. She had her tumour removed on Thursday (October 24) and is now waiting another two weeks to see if she needs chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
