<div>For nearly six years, Kelsey Millay has been one of the brightest lights in our Shape-Up Health Club family. Many of you know her well—her infectious energy, genuine warmth, and exceptional talent have made her one of our most beloved instructors. Whether she was guiding you through Pilates or Barre, or leading our popular Happy Hour Abs and Booty summer program at Sherman Gardens, Kelsey showed up for all of us, every time, with her whole heart. Now it's our turn to show up for her.

<div>Shortly after Chris and Kelsey welcomed their second child into the world, Kelsey received a serious medical diagnosis. She has begun chemotherapy—and is navigating this fight while caring for a newborn and a two-year-old. The strength that it takes for their family is almost impossible to imagine. Because her treatments prevent her from working, Kelsey is facing a complete loss of income at precisely the moment her medical and household expenses are at their highest. Financial pressure alone would be overwhelming for anyone. For a new parent in the middle of chemo, it is unthinkable.
