Hello everyone, my family and I are asking for your help to save our precious Jordan. He needs a life-saving surgery ASAP and time is of the essence. He has a foreign matter obstruction and needs this surgery as soon as possible. Let me give you his backstory.

We rescued Jordan 7.5 years ago from an abusive household. When we found him, he had no shelter, no food or water bowl, and was kept on a 4ft run line. His owner at the time tried to beat him into submission with a riding crop. When we found him in that situation, we could not leave him there. So he came home to us initially as a foster to socialize him and possibly re-home. Alas, we foster failed because the entire family fell in love, and he has become a huge part of our family. He is a gentle giant and the sweetest good boy.

Last year, we had a scare of this sort where he ate something that was tossed to him by a worker next door. We have no clue what he has ingested this time, but his abdomen is very distended, and the vet said we don't have a lot of time. We just had a new addition to our family, so funds are scarce. We spent everything we had saved for Christmas just on his diagnostics. As a family, we decided to forego Christmas to save him, but we are falling short. Anything you can send will help, and if you are unable to help at this time, that's okay too, as times are tough for everyone right now.
