Help support Jesse Shank's recovery!

On Saturday Dec 5th , my sister Dawn received the call that no mother wants to get. Her son Jesse was in a horrible car accident.   He was a backseat passenger in a car on his way home when they hit a tree.   Jesse was found unconscious at the scene. He has a brain bleed and is in a coma in the Neuro/Trauma ICU at Presby Hospital. As of right now we know that he also has a fractured vertebra in his neck and a fractured scapula.  We won’t know the full extent of his injuries until he wakes up but are told it is going to be a long recovery. And to make a horrible situation worse, Jesse tested positive for Covid and Dawn cannot be there with him.

There is never a good time for something like this, however, for Jesse this has hit right as he was in a great place in his life.  He had just gotten a wonderful job he is excelling at and was starting to look around to purchase his first house.   He has such a zest for life and has worked so hard to get where he is.

Unfortunately, monthly bills still come due. On top of his regular bills, he is now going to have an unknown pile of medical expenses.  Any help you can give Jesse at this time will help ease this financial burden. Any donation will be extremely helpful and appreciated.
