Help Support Jesse and Sandy

The Story:
As most of you may know, Jesse Gonzales went into full cardiac arrest on Thursday, March 1st. Doctors soon found that he had a clogged left ventricle for some time, and his right ventricle, which he had been functioning with, finally clogged as well. After the heart attack, he was sedated, put on a ventilator, had a stent placed in his heart, and a pump placed from his lower body to his heart to help with blood flow, and a catheter placed in his jugular for dialysis because his kidneys shut down during that time. This is a sight our family hopes very few other families will ever have to see. On March 8th, Jesse finally woke up, and though we praise God for providing the miracle of life, the Gonzales family still has a long road ahead. Although the pump, stent, pacemaker, feeding tube, and ventilator have been removed, Jesse is still having to undergo dialysis because his kidneys are not functioning. This page is being created two weeks after the heart attack, March 15th, and though there has been progression, the journey is still continuing. With that continuation, Jesse will be spending at least another couple of weeks in the hospital, rehabilitating, receiving dialysis, and continuing to have his heart evaluated by three different cardiologists. Though we feel God has blessed our family in allowing us to spend more time with Jesse on this Earth, we are seeing and preparing for the consequences evil has brought upon us, especially from a financial standpoint. As Jesse has stated, he is "thankful to be alive" but understands he now will "live life with conditions". One of these conditions is his inability to work during this time which places a huge financial burden on Sandy as well.

The Request:
I am the son of Jesse and Sandy Gonzales, Omar Sosa, and for the past two weeks, I've only asked for the prayers of family and loved ones. As the hospital bills are continuing to accumulate, I am now asking for help from a financial aspect. Any money donated will go to help pay for hospital bills accumulated for Jesse, and will help cover any financial areas my mom, Sandy, may not be able to cover as she continues to work. This couple is going from a two income house, to a one income house, because of a very unfortunate situation, and I pray this page can help remove the stress of finances as these two have plenty more to stress about.

The Conclusion:
Jesse and Sandy Gonzales are two amazing people, who exhibit God's love everywhere they go. I've never known anyone with bad things to say about this couple. They have gone throughout life helping others, and I pray that now be the time others can help them. My family is not the type to ask for help, but the time has come where there is no other option, but to ask for the help of our family, friends, and loved ones. If you can find it in your heart to donate anything at all, I can speak for the rest of my family and say that we all greatly appreciate it. Anything and everything helps. We appreciate the opportunity, and your willingness to help our family tie the loose pieces together, little by little.

Matthew 25:35-40
“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me,  I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’  Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you?  And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’  And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.”
