On July 14th of this year, Jeremy’s life changed in an instant. While riding his motorcycle, a cinder block fell from a work truck onto the road. As he tried to avoid it, the block bounced up and struck his right leg just above the foot, causing catastrophic injuries. Despite multiple surgeries and weeks in the hospital, his leg could not be saved, and he ultimately underwent an amputation. Unfortunately, he did not have health insurance at the time of the crash.

Jeremy has always been a hardworking man who takes pride in working with his hands. He has spent his life in construction, building and creating for others. This accident has been devastating, not only physically and emotionally, but also financially as we navigate medical bills, rehabilitation, and the process of getting a prosthetic so that he can regain independence.

To help with these mounting costs, I am organizing this page. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to helping him walk again and return to doing the things he loves.
