Help Support Jen's Family in Her Sudden Absence

Words cannot express the sadness we feel for the sudden loss of our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend. It’s hard to write about Jen in the past-tense because while we are saddened by her loss, we still and will continue to feel the abundance of love she had for the people around her.

Jen is survived by her husband, Ozie Pela and their four incredible daughters, Edore (12), Neriah (10), Zemira (5), and Sarai (5 months). Given this unexpected gap we now have in our hearts and presence, life will forever be changed and no longer look the same for the family.

Jen loved God - she had strong faith and loved to worship because it brought her comfort and peace. While the loss of Jen has been indescribable, as a Christ-believing family, we are comforted knowing that she's resting in peace in heaven with the God she loved and we love so much.
