Help support Gurtaj and his family

On Friday October 6th, a young 7 year old boy from our neighbourhood in Abbotsford was hit by a school bus. He suffered extensive injuries and is now being cared for at BC Children's hospital while his mother and father are at his side. He has a long road to recovery.

Being a mother myself, I cannot imagine ever having to experience something this traumatic with my own child, especially if I had other children who needed to be cared for back at home.

This family lives across the street from my family and I.  I've created this fundraiser to help the family financially while their son recovers as well as the medical bills they may face for their son, now or in the future. I have been in contact with a friend of the family, and the family is aware that I have started a fundraiser.  I have added the mother, Aman Bhullar, as the beneficiary to gain direct access to the funds.
 Anything will help during this extremely stressful and difficult time.
