<div>Geoff is one of the best humans you'll meet. He is a Navy Veteran, a talented pianist, a hard worker, a kind and supportive friend, and most importantly, an amazing father to his 2.5-year-old daughter,<em> </em>Íyah. Geoff was diagnosed with Kahler's Disease (Multiple Myeloma) in March of 2021. His is cancer results from his time in the US Navy SWCC and the exposure he sustained during his service. His medical team told him he needed to start chemotherapy right away, a daunting task for anyone to take on, especially during a global pandemic. Geoff has done his best to work throughout his treatment, but it has been challenging, and the expenses continue to add up. He is also at a stage in his treatment that requires him to rest and avoid exposures as his immune system is compromised. It is critical that Geoff and Íyah have secure and safe housing, reliable transport, and that he can seek any additional therapies to help support his cancer journey. Funds are needed right away and will go towards meeting these needs and easing the burden so that he can focus on healing.
