<div>In October 2024, Frankie began noticing some changes in his body and, seeking medical advice, he was soon faced with the difficult diagnosis of prostate cancer. Although this news came as a shock, Frankie knew something wasn’t right, and he quickly began treatment. After a series of tests, biopsies, and medications, he started chemotherapy in December and will begin another round in April.

<div>This has been an incredibly challenging time for Frankie. A strong, hardworking man who has always loved coming to work and providing for his family, he now finds himself unable to work during this fight. For those who’ve had the privilege of working alongside Frankie, you know his infectious smile, boundless positivity, and the way his happiness uplifts everyone around him. He has been more than a coworker—he’s been a mentor, a friend, and a brother to so many.

<div>Frankie is also a devoted family man. His wife, Nena, and son are his world, and they motivate him every day to keep pushing forward. As he faces this battle, Frankie’s unwavering spirit and love for his family remain his guiding light.
