Emma is a young American violinist with big dreams. She has the opportunity to get her masters’ degree at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, England. This offers her the chance to study with world-class teachers, perform with some of London’s finest orchestras, and rub shoulders with top-tier musicians.
However, studying at a highly-ranked school like Guildhall and living in a city like London both come at a high cost: one year is over $50,000. While Emma is working hard to cover the costs herself, it’s not going to be enough.
By supporting Emma’s dreams, you will not only provide her with an invaluable opportunity to hone her musical capabilities but also invest her long-term goal of creating a non-profit organization to make classical music training accessible to youth in underserved communities. In her words, “All of this really isn’t about me. It’s about how I’m going to be able to give back.”
She needs these funds by 15 June 2021 in order to apply for her student visa.
