Help Support Baby Mostyn

In November 2017, Psyche celebrated the arrival of her third child, Mostyn - baby brother to Pax and Xia. Like any Mum, she looked forward to nurturing her children in a loving family environment.

Tragically, Psyche was diagnosed with advanced Stage 4 breast cancer just four weeks before passing away on July 15th 2018. 

Psyche Bradley was an extraordinary, selfless person.  Not only a loving mother and loyal friend, she was also a dedicated support worker and fearless advocate for human rights and empowering people with disabilities to live the life they choose.  She was a valued member of the disAbility Living team and greatly loved by the clients she supported.

Her friends and family are devastated by the news and shocked at the speed with which this horrendous disease ended her beautiful life. 

Now Pax and Xia are faced with the daunting task of sharing the responsibilities of raising Mostyn.  Can you imagine if you or your children were in this position? Just starting out on your own life journey and then suddenly needing to take on the responsibilities of raising a young sibling.  Imagine the questions, the challenges… and not to mention the financial pressures to meet the additional day to day expenses.  We know Pax and Xia will tackle this head on with the courage and determination they learned from Psyche and she will be forever proud of their amazing resilience and commitment to their little brother and to each other.

We have set up this fundraising campaign not only to provide some financial support for Pax, Xia and Mostyn, but also to honour Psyche’s memory and the values she so passionately upheld.
