<div>Autumn is a beloved teacher, wife, and mother who is facing the fight of her life. In just the last few weeks, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 B-Cell Lymphoma and underwent emergency surgery for a cancer-related bone fracture.

<div>She and her husband, Anthony, have spent countless days in the ER, hospital hallways, and now oncology wards—far from home and surrounded by uncertainty.

<div>They were receiving out-of-network care and don’t yet know the full extent of their financial responsibility. To make matters harder, Autumn recently learned that because she’s a contracted teacher, she doesn’t qualify for disability pay. Once her sick leave runs out, the days she is unable to work will be completely unpaid—creating a serious gap at a time when her focus should be on healing, not hardship.
