My name is Sarah Torres and Amanda is my younger sister. She is 19 years old and means the world to my mother, myself and our family.
On Sunday Oct 7th we were notified that Amanda was found unconscious and without a pulse. After being transported to the hospital she slipped into a coma and was placed on life support. Since then, the doctors have declared her brain dead and have asked us to make the hardest decision in our lives. In order to not prolong her suffering we will be taking her off of life support tonight.
As our family faces the pain of losing our loved one, we are also faced with the financial hardship that comes along with the loss. Therefore we are requesting financial support to lay my sister to rest.
