Help Sunny Conquer Cancer

Hi Everyone. I am writing to ask for your help. As some of you know, our 3½ year old Vizsla “Sunny” has been diagnosed with cancer. Sunny has been receiving chemotherapy and steroid treatments for weeks, and he has been quite the trooper. It has been a crazy up and down, with some days where he is himself and others where he just lays in his bed. At our recent Oncologist visit, the doctor suggested that we remove the two masses ASAP since the chemotherapy efficacy is beginning to slow (which means it may not be working 100%). So, that is why I am now reaching out to you – our friends and family – to ask for your help to cover the surgery and post-operative costs. Since I am a full-time student, money is rather tight. We simply cannot afford to pay the estimated $5,000 to remove his tumors. To complicate matters, time is of the essence since the scheduled surgery is this coming Wednesday, January 17th.
