Sunkist is a 2-year-old golden retriever who has been in our family since he was 3 months old. During this time, he has greatly shaped and impacted us and brought so much joy. So, of course, when you find a bump that is growing quickly, you get scared. We brought him to the vet, which cost $200, and no answers were given. They told us it could be cancer, but it could also be benign, and the only option is removal, for $1700. This is way out of budget as I am an 18-year-old college student and my family has other expenses.

He is being taken in for a needle aspirate later this month, which also costs around $200, but will hopefully give us answers. He keeps bleeding and is uncomfortable, and it hurts me to see him like that. He is my baby, and I love him more than anything, and I just want him to be able to run and play without hurting.
