For my entire life, I have served my community in Sierra Leone as a dedicated electrician, providing for my family and contributing to the lives of those around me. Today, I am here to make a humble and urgent appeal to you.

<div><strong>I am battling a uniquely terrible, unknown disease that has turned my life upside down.</strong> The pain is unimaginable, and it has left me unable to work and provide for my family. The most devastating part is that the medical resources and expertise to properly diagnose and treat my condition do not exist here in Sierra Leone. My only hope for recovery is to seek medical treatment abroad.
