Help SUGAR COOKIE get surgery

Please help me with my emotional support animal sugar cookie she has been diagnosed with gum disease and also might have a broken tooth or a cavity under the growth that is in her mouth that need to be dealt with as soon as possible before it get infected the doctor said that if it does get infected the infection could go into her eye and then spread to her ear. we need to get the surgery do as quickly as we can. so please any help you could give i would really appreciate it
