Help Stu's broken shoulder

We found our little guy after 5 days. He is alive, but has been hit by a car. His scapula is shattered. The local vet (Countryside) in Somerset was awesome they stabilized him.  We have to take him to a surgeon Monday. Our two choices are amputation or put a plate in his shoulder. The surgery will be 3,500-5,000. We will know more on Monday. He is only 16 months old. We want him to have a good quality of life.  I know it's covid and I know it's Christmas. Please help us out to put Stu back together. Every dollar over the cost of the surgery will be donated to charities to help reunite other lost dogs with their owners.
