<div>I have been in business for over a year and currently selling my fresh cultivated mushrooms to restaurants, local farm stands, local farmers markets, and recently a large CSA organization. I am currently generating revenue from the sales of my mushrooms. I am in the process of trying to scale my business into commercial production numbers.

<div>To help scale production with the greatest efficiency is to mechanize a few of the processes. The auto bagger is one item that accomplishes this task. This is an industry standard commercial production device. The other mechanized item is a bag shaker. This device shakes the substrate bags in a specific way once they have be inoculated with mushroom mycelium.

<div>These two items would greatly improve production numbers and  decrease the physical human demands required to process mushroom substrate bags.
