Help - Stuck in Cambodia

With respects I prefer to remain anonymous. I am a UK Citizen and I am stranded in Phnom Pehn, Cambodia.

My problems started following a motorcycle accident where I was hit by another vehicle, the motorcycle rental company originally took my passport as a deposit, they ordered me to pay the repairs on the bike and if not I do not get my passport returned.
I was not able to cover the repair cost and they have now increased the bill because they forgot to add 'this and that'.

I have contacted the British Embassy numerous times via email and they ignored me, I called and spoke to a Cambodian and have since found out that there is only 1 actual Brit working there and they were not helpful at all.

I also have visa issues which they have refused to help me with, the original extension was supposed to be a tourist visa however I was given the wrong one and now face an overstay charge.

I have no money and no job, no family back in the U.K. Who can help me either.

I am currently living in a tent and scraping by from begging.

I need around $1500 to cover my fees to return my passport and also my overstay plus to buy new luggage and necessities.

I have an open-ended ticket which is still valid so my return travel won't be a problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
