Help Struggling Student With Bills

I am currently in the process of looking for a job. I am a hard working young man who is not lazy nor entitled.
However, the area I live in (Athens, OH) isn't the best when it comes to job opportunities. I have done some odd jobs. My tax refund ($700 that went to catch up on a month of rent) and school refund ($200 that went toward another month of rent) did help for a month or so, however they were too small. My parents are older and have financial struggles of their own, so they can't really help me out.
Even after catching up on rent, I am still two months behind ($650, or $325 per month). I have a lot of bills (about $150 for my utilities) coming up at the end of the month. I am pretty sure I am close to getting a job, however it would be at least a month before I receive my first paycheck.
My goal is $1,500, which will help me catch up on my rent, pay my bills this month and then have money left over as I catch up with paychecks.
As it mentions in Scripture:
"Sing for joy, O heavens, and exult, O earth; break forth, O mountains, into singing! For the Lord has comforted his people, and will have compassion on his suffering ones" (Isaiah 49:13).
It is my faith in Jesus Christ and the love around me that keeps me going. Thank you for any amount that you can give. I will be forever be appreciable.
