Lizzie’s brother Simon Gold very sadly lost his life after battling addictions, he spent many nights sleeping on the streets and was a great loss to his family, friends and our recovery community.

Lizzie has been on her own journey in recovery.

Lizzie is dedicated in helping other women on their journey into a clean and sober life, she is taking on this challenge to also improve her own mental health in these troubled times.

Lizzie has started a 21 day fitness challenge which includes a complete change of eating habits (no gluten/dairy /sugar) and being accountable to a group of amazing women and Sol Gilbert from the Under Ground Gym in Brighton.
