<div>Firstly, I am Ruelas and I would like to introduce myself and tell you that my work is based on preventing more dogs and cats in street situations by focusing on finding their homes and spay/neuter them. My methods may be a little different and unconventional, but during my life I acquired many skills that now help me be able to do things that normal outreach workers can't or don't dare to do.

<div>* I work alone and do the best I can for them.
</div>
<div>* I have a job like everyone else, but my free time is spent helping as much as I can.
</div>
<div>* I don't have a shelter, so I am very limited on rescues with the temporary homes I can find.
</div>
<div>* I am not an association and I don't receive funds from any company or government. My funds come from what I put together with some activities that I do.
</div>
<div>* Many times I support other rescuers with medication or expenses when they have the will to help so I do my best for helping them.
</div>
<div>*All the dogs &amp; cats that I find homes for are 100% rehabilitated, spay/neuter, healthy and with their complete vaccination schedule. Making sure that the Dogs &amp; Cats will be in a good home at each adoption. To prevent them from ending up back on the streets, I screen each potential home.
</div>
<div>* I have several food and water points on my daily route for the dogs in street situations that I often use to gain their trust. That way I can eventually spay/neuter, deworm and keep them healthy while I can find a home for them.
</div>
<div>* I help several homeless people with food for themselves and with food for their pets and help them stay healthy. I also help with spay/neuter and vaccination for their pups. One of the main sources of street dogs is them, so this is very helpful for preventing more street dogs.

<div>I understand that I am just one person and I know that I may not change the world, but I am sure that I can change the world of many dogs and cats and that is why I do my best for them.
