<div>Bonjour, my name is John *This is my story... <strong><em> </em></strong>
</div>
<div><strong>John Garland (JONES) from House Hunters International</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The South of France - celebrities, parties, champagne -
</div>
<div>BUT CORRUPTION, GREED, and LIES also mixed in.
</div>
<div>INCLUDING (alleged) ILLEGAL SURGERY and COVER UPS. BUT I HAVE THE PROOF, THE RECEIPTS
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>You may have met or heard me sing in <strong>Nice, France</strong> or seen one of my <strong>two episodes of House Hunters International</strong> - "Finding a Voice in Nice France" or "Heartbroken to Happy in Nice France".
</div>
<div>Unfortunately I'm VERY heartbroken and physically broken and definitely not happy.
</div>
<div>I have been very fortunate to meet some wonderful people and share some wonderful adventures online on several platforms. If you follow me, you may know I am also Neurodivergent (Autistic traits, ADHD, etc) and no longer really connected to my family (just my mother sometimes). The first year here was amazing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Unfortunately after Covid and a LOT of very bad advice, bad luck, and finding out I could not get my usual mecications here (the one thing I didn't research) Things went downhill. I was very thankful to have some good friends and some amazing invites and I tried to keep my persona positive and did a LOT of free work and favors and little handyman things, small gigs... you cannot survive on this. When I moved I had money saved, was still connected to family, and had a very researched plan.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I was introduced by a trusted friend and apartment finder Ella Dyer to a doctor here in Nice and I went for a very simple, general question about a procedure and cost. I did not do extensive research like I normally do as I had been to his home and my long time friend knew him for 20 years.
</div>
<div>He fat shamed me, pushed me into a diet plan that I was NOT there for and did not want and I feel I was manipulated into this. I did not plan to DO anything, I just wanted information. Unfortunately Nice is not an easy place for heavy or larger people like me and I had past trauma with food and diet doctors.
</div>
<div>He eventually offered Cold Sculpting, Pubic Area Liposuction, and Love Handle liposuction.
</div>
<div>I told him I could not really afford these things but with my OCD and neurodivergence I was really manipulated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>**I FOUND OUT HE IS NOT A SURGEON - OVER A YEAR AND A HALF LATER, JUST A GENERAL DOCTOR**</strong>
</div>
<div>I now have what appears to be nerve damage, maybe lymph node and veins also that has gradually appears. In the past week this has gotten severely worse. I live alone, have been misled and lied to by professionals that I hired. I do NOT thing everything I was told that harmed me was done purposefully, but because I have finally had the courage to come forward it has been used against me and I have tried to be silenced and directly threatened. I KNOW THIS SOUNDS INSANE, but I have already given my recordings and information to local medical authorities (above the mayor) and this has been escalated THE SAME NIGHT to the national level in Marseilles.
</div>
<div>CNOM could be maybe compared to the "Supreme Court" of medicine.
</div>
<div>Conseil national de l’Ordre des médecins
</div>
<div><a href="https://www.conseil-national.medecin.fr" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><a href="https://www.conseil-national.medecin.fr" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.conseil-national.medecin.fr</a></a>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am still doing testing to find the cause of my legs and feet turning purple and red, loss of feeling, tingling, loss of balance, and other more personal symptoms. At this point I do not have nor an I claiming that this is because of the two illegal surgeries.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The surgery results were bad, extremely painful, not done correctly, NO assistant, the paperwork was altered, I was told to pay in CASH. Even IF the other symptoms are found not to be related, it is STILL ILLEGAL for a General Practitioner to perform surgery here. These were invasive, painful, no compression garments provided or allowed and the CNOM has agreed with this. He is NOT a surgeon, not trained for this, and this is NOT allowed. He is also not allowed to sell diet pills and his books from his office here by law.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>I NEED YOUR HELP</strong> to stop this from happening to others. I have to pay my own expenses (I am behind on rent and utilities) to have his license reviewed and hopefully revoked. For compensation I have to sue him separately. The CNOM portion is important because he needs to be stopped and I have recordings of my visits, took my own photos, and documented everything. I have absolute proof stored in different places for safety.
</div>
<div>I also have to live, unable to walk properly and I don't know if the damage can be reversed.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>DO I FEEL STUPID AND MANIPULATED? YES </strong>
</div>
<div>Of course I do. I trusted people that I thought were my friends. I had faith that I was going to be making money soon. Just like many of you, I did not expect the world to fall apart and industries to suddenly change. I was trying to be smart and fit in and I made a mistake.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Do I wish I could have been able to get the medications I had taken for years? </strong>
</div>
<div>Of course I do. I went to doctors, I tried, the don't have the same processes and medications here. If you move to ANY country be sure to see if your prescriptions or an equivalent are available. That was the thing I did not think to do and I think a LOT of people don't think about. Please find out in advance if you move.
</div>
<div>I went through a terrible time where I spiralled and things were bad. It hurt my relationships and friendships. To any of those people that I hurt during that hard time, I sincerely apologise.
</div>
<div>Now that I have medications I need and finally have the right doctors, then I had this trauma and so many other things that have happened that I won't go into here.
</div>
<div>I will be telling stories on my social media platforms.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I need verify what additional information I can share and want to see who else this has happened to that did not record their visits and have proof.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I do not know how much this will cost for lawyers, my portion of medical treatment, and how many will need to be sued separately. I also have to have living expenses.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Although, because I am a singer and am grateful to be invited to some fancy events... I am NOT a rich person and have been surviving with help. I was raised by a Texas family that taught me to not ask for help, so this is one of the hardest things I have had to do. My living expenses are actually quite low, extremely low. I have had many generous friends and fans treat me to dinner or a drink and I am very grateful for this. I live on approximately $26k US dollars per year. That includes entertainment, food and all. It would cost significantly more for me to live in the US and I would have no healthcare. I do have to pay for portions toward healthcare here but it is a HUGE difference.
</div>
<div>Also, physically returning right. now would be impossible and I have spent 7 1/2 years building a life here.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>France is an amazing an beautiful country. I dreamed of living here as long as I can remember. It has its problems and issues. I have trouble with the language with my neurodivergence, but I am happy and grateful to be here. Even if I have had some people hurt me, I have also met amazing people. That's just life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>I also did not want to harm my relationships or make my life harder by doing this, but he is still seeing patients daily and I cannot let this continue. I have to try to survive, but also help the people that don't have proof that I have and stop him to continuing harming others</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>I also know that many people are having a hard time and you may not be in a position to help and that's ok. If you can give $5, or $1, or $1000, or if you can only send your positive thoughts.. I am grateful. Someday soon I pray to finally be in a position to help others. You can search my social media under "John Garland". </strong> (I have this set up under my US address)
