<div>Iedere organisatie pakt een stukje van het probleem. Maar niemand neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het geheel.

<div>Het gevolg: de persoon die al ziek, uitgeput of wanhopig is, wordt ook nog de projectleider van zijn eigen zorgprobleem.

<div>Dat is geen incident. Het is een patroon. En een patroon kun je zichtbaar maken.

<div><strong>Wat Zorgfuik doet</strong>

<div>Ik ben Rogér Castelijn, initiatiefnemer van Zorgfuik. We verzamelen ervaringen van mensen die vastlopen in onder andere de GGZ, jeugdzorg, Wmo, huisartsenzorg, medicijngebruik, zorgverzekeringen, gemeenten en Veilig Thuis.

<div>We brengen terugkerende problemen in beeld, delen informatie en vragen aandacht voor één ding: onafhankelijke regie met een echt mandaat. Iemand die het geheel bewaakt.

<div>Niet om zorgverleners aan te vallen. Wel om zichtbaar te maken waar het systeem mensen laat vallen.

<div><strong>Dit is geen plan. Het gebeurt al.</strong>

<div>De websites staan online. De petitie loopt. Ervaringen komen binnen. Er wordt gewerkt aan voorlichting en nieuwe campagnes. Volledig vrijwillig.

<div>De volgende stap is de officiële oprichting van Stichting Zorgfuik.

<div><strong>Waarom een stichting nodig is</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Een stichting geeft Zorgfuik een zelfstandige, onafhankelijke en transparante basis. Daardoor kunnen we:

<li>inkomsten en uitgaven controleerbaar beheren

<li>samenwerken met maatschappelijke organisaties en afspraken vastleggen
</li>
<li>fondsen en subsidies aanvragen
</li>
<li>gebruikmaken van maatschappelijke tarieven voor software en licenties

<li>Zorgfuik professioneler en sneller verder ontwikkelen

<div>Zonder stichting blijft veel onnodig duur, omslachtig of simpelweg onbereikbaar.

<div><strong>Op weg naar een ANBI-status</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We richten de stichting vanaf dag één zorgvuldig in, met het doel om na de oprichting de ANBI-status aan te vragen (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling). Dat maakt de start iets duurder, maar voorkomt dat statuten, bestuur en administratie er later opnieuw doorheen moeten.

<div>Eerlijk en duidelijk: de fiscale voordelen gelden pas nadat de Belastingdienst de ANBI-status daadwerkelijk heeft toegekend. Donaties via deze eerste campagne zijn dus niet automatisch fiscaal aftrekbaar.

<div>We bouwen geen tijdelijke constructie. We bouwen een stichting die er over tien jaar nog staat.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Ons doel: 1.500 euro</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>Bewust geen groot bedrag. We willen geen reserve opbouwen zonder doel, maar de stichting oprichten en de basis meteen goed regelen. Zo wordt het geld besteed:

<div>350 euro – boekhouding en administratie
</div>
<div>200 euro – noodzakelijke software en licenties
</div>
<div>100 euro – communicatie- en campagnemateriaal

<div><strong>Jouw donatie gaat niet naar techniek</strong>
</div>

<div>De webhosting, domeinnamen en het technische beheer van Zorgfuik en Stichting Zorgfuik worden volledig gesponsord door Cas ICT. Daar gaat geen euro van deze actie naartoe. Daarnaast heeft Screenmate.com hardware beschikbaar gesteld (extra schermen voor de laptops), zodat het werk efficiënter gaat.

<div>Zo min mogelijk naar overhead. Zo veel mogelijk naar een onafhankelijke, professionele basis.

<div><strong>Transparantie vanaf het begin</strong>
</div>

<div>Stichting Zorgfuik is nu nog in oprichting. Tot de stichting officieel bestaat en een eigen bankrekening heeft, registreren we elk ontvangen bedrag apart. Het geld wordt uitsluitend gebruikt voor de oprichting en de eerste noodzakelijke kosten.

<div>Na de oprichting publiceren we via de website de doelstelling, het beleidsplan, de samenstelling van het bestuur, het beloningsbeleid, de activiteiten en een financiële verantwoording.
</div>

<div>Halen we meer dan 1.500 euro op, dan gaat het extra bedrag naar de maatschappelijke activiteiten: voorlichting, onderzoek, het verzamelen van ervaringen en het vergroten van het bereik.

<div><strong>Waarom dit niet kan wachten</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>Iedere dag lopen mensen verder vast. Niet omdat er geen zorgverleners zijn die willen helpen, maar omdat verantwoordelijkheden worden verdeeld en niemand het geheel bewaakt.

<div>Mensen wachten, bellen, mailen, vullen opnieuw formulieren in en vertellen voor de zoveelste keer hetzelfde verhaal. Sommigen raken uitgeput. Sommigen verliezen het vertrouwen. Sommigen haken helemaal af. En soms worden mensen pas serieus genomen als het al volledig is geëscaleerd.

<div>I'm Rogér Castelijn, founder of Zorgfuik ("care trap"). We collect the experiences of people who get stuck in mental health care, youth care, social support, GP care, medication, health insurance, municipalities and safeguarding services.

<div>We map recurring problems, share information and call attention to one thing: independent coordination with a real mandate. Someone who watches over the whole.

<div>Not to attack care providers. But to show where the system lets people fall.

<div><strong>Why a foundation is needed</strong>

<div>A foundation gives Zorgfuik an independent, transparent and self-standing base. It allows us to manage income and spending accountably, work formally with other organisations, apply for funds and grants, access non-profit rates for software, and develop Zorgfuik faster and more professionally.

<div><strong>Transparency, and a note on tax</strong>

<div>The foundation is currently being established. Until it officially exists and has its own bank account, we register every contribution separately and use it solely for the founding and first essential costs. After founding, we'll publish our goal, policy plan, board, activities and financial accountability on the website. We intend to apply for ANBI status (Dutch public-benefit status) after founding; until it's granted, donations are not automatically tax-deductible.

<div>Every day, more people get stuck. Not because there are no care providers who want to help, but because responsibility is divided and no one watches over the whole. People wait, call, email, fill in the same forms again and tell the same story for the umpteenth time. Some get exhausted. Some lose trust. Some drop out entirely.
