<div>Hello! My name is Stevie Andersen, some of you may know my story and some of you may not. On June 20th I was a victim of a violent car jacking that took place in Milwaukee.

<div>I was left laying in the road with severe injuries after the suspect ran me over with my own SUV. It took me sometime to get in contact with paramedics as people stood by and watched me scream, cry and beg for help. I was left with 6 broken ribs, a bruised lung, and multiple other injuries on my face and my entire left side of my body. As my chest and part of my face caught the back tire. Ever since then I've been fighting to recover quickly, as this has taken a huge financial burden on my family and I, especially since we have a young daughter to care for. I was a few days shy of beginning my new culinary journey as well with Coco's seafood and steak. I have accrued medical bills which have exceeded $40,000 due to this one poor decision someone decided to make. My car was also recovered on the North side of Milwaukee but the insurance company considered it a total loss. This is a huge strain on my shoulders as our bills continue to pile up.

<div>We are asking for help from anyone who is able to help us. Anything helps and goes a long way.
</div>
<div>And please share my story if you are not able to donate and just in general to bring awareness. Epecially with the uprising of car jackings in Milwaukee. Always be aware of your surroundings. Never in a million years did I think something like this would happen to me. I'm taking each day one at a time as I build my strength again, physically and mentally, it hasn't been easy but I have overcome so much, and I will continue to heal.
