Hi, my name is Stephen Ganthier, and I’m a Computer Science student at Howard University. Like many students, I’m facing serious financial challenges. Despite working hard, applying for aid, and doing everything in my power to stay on track, I’ve fallen behind on my school balance—and now I’ve been told my account is going to collections in 30 days.

Howard means everything to me. I’m a first-generation college student who made it from North Philly to one of the top HBCUs in the country. I’ve come too far to let money take this away from me. I just need a little help to stay enrolled, finish my degree, and continue chasing the goals I’ve been working toward for years.
