<div>On the 4th of July, our family’s world changed in an instant when my father in law was involved in a serious motorcycle accident.

<div>What was an ordinary day playing at the park with his grandson, turned into a long and difficult journey of recovery and rehabilitation. He is now facing a challenging road ahead, with ongoing treatment, rehabilitation and recovery that will take time, strength and support.

<div>For our family, one of the biggest challenges is being there for him throughout this journey. Because of my father in laws severe injuries and his recovery taking place far away from home, the costs of travelling to visit him, accommodation, fuel and other expenses are quickly adding up. Being able to visit him regularly is incredibly important. Not only for his physical recovery, but also for his emotional

<div>wellbeing and motivation while he works towards getting his life back.

<div>We have started this GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial pressure on our family and, most importantly, allow us to focus on supporting him through his recovery so he’s well enough to be home to see his newborn granddaughter and his grandson who are his entire world. 
</div>
<div>Any money raised will go towards his rehabilitation and recovery expenses, as well as the travel and accommodation costs involved in our family being able to visit and support him. If you are able to donate, no matter how big or small, it would mean more to our family than we can put into words. Every contribution will help us be there for him during what is undoubtedly one of the hardest times of his life. If you aren’t in a position to donate, simply sharing this fundraiser with your friends and family would also mean the world to us.
