Steele Taylor's Medical Fund

As many of you may know, our friend Steele has recently been admitted to the hospital and undergone surgery due to complications of ulcerative colitis (UC), an autoimmune disorder he was diagnosed with three years ago. Since being diagnosed with UC, Steele has been through lengthy hospitalizations, surgeries, and months of different treatments to treat this disease and the complications associated with it.

As you can imagine, the financial burden of a chronic disease has been great for Steele and Jordan, as it would be for any of us at this stage of life. While they have been diligently paying off the medical expenses from Steele’s previous hospitalization and current treatments, they are now faced with the burden of paying for another hospital stay, surgery, and upcoming treatments. Currently, Steele is on short term disability which doesn’t cover one’s full paycheck.

We are starting this GoFundMe for Steele and Jordan in order to care for them during this difficult time and to live out Acts 4:32 which says, “All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had.”

Steele and Jordan are our dear brother and sister in Christ and some of the most wonderful people we know. In the midst of living with a chronic disease, they have been a living testament to all of us of what it looks like to really walk with God when the hard things in life rear their head at us. They have trusted God, walked faithfully, and lived with joy in their hearts.

We pray you will feel compelled to give to this sweet couple during their time of need and be the hands and feet of Jesus to them, especially during this holiday season.
