Help Start Alberta’s Pharmacy!

I have recently travelled to Ghana, Africa to volunteer as a medical assistant, where I will be staying for 5 months. Alberta, has welcomed me and another volunteer into her family and community for the time being.

She is an amazing woman. Her main goal in life is to help people, and everything she does is to better the lives of those around her. She brought us to a village this past week to explain to us about her hopes of what would eventually become her own pharmacy. There’s many people in the village Aprade that would really benefit from her skills in the medical field. This pharmacy will have the potential to truly help people. I’m so inspired of her vision and would love to be a part of something so great, but I’m only here for 5 months! If it’s possible to donate some money it will go a long way in getting the pharmacy started.
