Help Stan Greaves Replace his Stolen Trailer

If you’re in the motorcycle community it’s highly likely that you either know or have met Stan Greaves. His business and his family have been a staple fixture at countless motorcycle events throughout the New Jersey area. One of the events that is most noted would be his Blessing of the Bikes event that typically kicks off the riding season every year in April. It’s not just a bike blessing it’s a fundraiser for a food pantry that helps people in need.
Unfortunately it’s now Stan who is the one in need.
Last week and 16 x 8 trailer belonging to Stan and his motorcycle accessory business was stolen. Along with it went countless items that Stan used to set up shop at various motorcycle events.
Included in the missing items are 3 circle racks to hang up stock like vests, jackets and such. 3 half tables six feet long. 2 10 x 20 brown enclosed tents that were used to protect his products and also provide desperately needed shade on hot summer days. 1 Z bar rack, two fans, electric lights for both tents, wheel and 4 brand new wheel chocks. In addition there were 8 Tie down straps for the load plus 6 handle bar straps, a plastic cooler and 3 chairs plus 100 ft of orange security fencing, a load bar, 2 black stand up racks to hold pins, glass and such, and a dorm room size refrigerator. Then there were miscellaneous wire ties, snips, pliers, two containers of leather and denim vests.
And all of that doesn’t even include the trailer itself. The most critical item. A good used one would cost between $3500 to $4500. New would be between $6000 and $7500. That doesn’t even include having it re-lettered and wired for electricity.
Every once in a while good people who do good things need to have good things come back to them. Now is the time for us as a motorcycle community to recognize this good man’s loss and help him and his business recover. Please consider donating what you can. Anything will help.
