Dear Friends,

Meet Spino, our beloved dog and the heart of our family. He’s a gentle soul who loves his walks, chasing balls, finding sticks (sometimes the size of a little tree), and joining us on little adventures. Lately though, his world has been getting darker. We noticed he started bumping into things outside and hurting himself, loosing his confidence when without us, and getting anxious in unknown environments. Spino has been diagnosed with cataracts, and his eyesight is quickly fading. Sight is his right eye is completely gone, and we are fearing the left one will soon follow the same fate.

The vet recommended surgery to restore his vision. Without it, Spino risks going completely blind. With it, he has the chance to enjoy his life again—seeing the people he loves, spotting squirrels in the park, and confidently exploring the world around him.

The cost of the operation, including follow-up care and medication, comes to around €4000, and that’s why we’re reaching out for help. Every donation, no matter the size, will bring us closer to giving Spino the chance to see again.
