Spike has a huge fatty mass development over his front right paw. He needs bloodwork and removal surgery, consists of going under and being at clinic for overnight. He has now gotten to the point where he can't walk. He howls when pressure is applied. This is the first time in 13 years of dog ownership I as the human can't provide for my dog. I am heartbroken. I have reached out to some local vets and applied for care credit, with no success. I feel ashamed for even asking for help, but it is not for me its for Spike, my protector and Monkey King. My old grumpy man dog. Thank you to all that help out, I appreciate it, I'm grateful and so is Spike.
Spike had his second appointment Wednesday, we are still waiting for blood work, when they first saw his lump they immediately said bone cancer and every part of me fell to pieces, but after further examination they think it may be a cyst so our fingers are still crossed.
