Help Soph with her MS Diagnosis

Hi everyone, I am fundraising for my friend Soph who just got diagnosed with MS. She is twenty years old which is a really young age to be diagnosed with such a difficult disease, and this is the same disease her grandmother passed away from so it very stressful to her to deal with. Her Diagnosis: Soph was diagnosed with Tumefactive Multiple Sclerosis, which is the rarest form of MS, especially for someone of her age. Multiple Sclerosis is a disease of the Central Nervous System, which includes the brain, spinal cord, and optical nerve. MS disrupts the normal flow of messages from the CNS which causes loss of regular body function. Soph currently has 2 inch long lesions on her brain, as well as a lot of loss of ability to move properly. She uses a walker while getting around most of the time to make sure she doesn’t fall. She does have better days, but most days are very hard on her. When she got her diagnosis, she was in the hospital and rehab for nearly a month and was unable to work. Now that she is back, her job is trying to fire her for her disability on the 22nd (which is illegal but she can’t currently do anything about that). Because of this- lack of work, and tons of bills piling up- she has been struggling a lot financially and is having a hard time finding new work. I want to help Soph as much as I can, so I am trying to help raise money for her medical expenses as well hopefully help her get back on her feet soon. I would like her to be able to not stress so much, especially because stress triggers bad flare ups in MS. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
