Help Soli through Heart Surgery

Our dear Soli Davis had a serious heart attack at the end of last year and now requires a heart transplant. The tests for the transplant and the LVAD surgery that will get her through to the transplant are taking longer than expected. She hasn't been able to work all year, and the bills have been piling up.  

She has given so much to so many... Please be generous with her in her time of need.
