I had my dog Smokey since one and a half months got home from a good friend. He got hit at a tough time in my life, a lil while after I lost my mother, the only person I had in this world. I had no one but my dog Smokey. He is 5 now, and I was at work when I got a call to come home. My dog is throwing up everywhere. I get there and I see them doing the Heimlich maneuver on him, trying to help him breathe and get out what is in his throat. So, I take him to the vet. They say he has a bone in his esophagus and he may die if not treated. This caught me off guard financially. I did not have pet insurance. I don’t know why I got denied, but they said I have to do something ASAP. I only had money for the exam. Please, I do not want to lose my best friend. I can’t lose him. I already lost everything else. Please, if you could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
