<div>Hi everyone. My name is Kitana, and I'm creating this fundraiser on behalf of my friend, Brittney, a hardworking single mom who is facing one of the most difficult times of her life.
</div>
<div>Recently, Brittney was the victim of a serious hit-and-run collision in Kelowna, BC. She was legally proceeding through a green light at the intersection of Gertsmar Road and Highway 33 when a speeding Dodge Ram ran a red light and violently struck her vehicle. The driver then fled the scene, leaving Brittney with severe injuries and traumatized. Firefighters also needed to use the Jaws of Life to extract her from the vehicle. While we are incredibly grateful she survived, her recovery is expected to take time.

</div>
<div>What many people don't know is that Brittney was already living with heart and lung health challenges before this accident. These existing conditions make the healing process even more difficult and add to the stress she is experiencing every day.
</div>
<div>As a single mother, Brittney's focus has always been on providing for and caring for her child. Now she is facing mounting expenses while trying to recover from her injuries. Between daily living costs, transportation challenges, medical appointments, and the uncertainty surrounding insurance claims, the financial burden is becoming overwhelming.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We're asking for support to help Brittney with:
</div>
<div>• Daily household and living expenses
</div>
<div>•Transportation and medical-related costs
</div>
<div>•Lost income during recovery
</div>
<div>•Vehicle replacement and transportation needs while insurance matters are resolved
</div>
<div>•Financial stability for her and her child during this difficult period
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Anyone who knows Brittney knows she is the kind of person who is always there for others and rarely asks for help herself. Today, she needs her community behind her.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you're able to donate, no matter the amount, it will make a meaningful difference. If you can't donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser with your friends, family, and community.
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping Brittney focus on what matters most right now—healing, recovery, and being there for her child.
