Hi, my name is Simone Mericle, and this summer, I have the incredible opportunity to participate in a summer film program through the University of Texas in Parma, Italy.This program is a dream come true for me, as many of you know my passion for film and love for Italy are coming together as one!

To make the most of this opportunity, I’m also embarking on a solo journey before and after the program, exploring Rome, Milan, Geneva, Lyon, Barcelona, and Lisbon.

Of course, financing a trip like this as a college student is no small feat. I’ve been working hard and saving as much as possible, but I could use a little extra help to cover travel expenses, accommodations, and essentials along the way.
