Hello, my name is Emily, and my cat's name is Simon. Thank you for taking the time to visit this page and hopefully donate. Any and all help is unbelievably appreciated by both of us!
Simon was just diagnosed with lymphoma after developing a lump on his neck out of nowhere a few weeks ago. His vet believes that surgery and removal of the lump could give him much higher survival rates, and could give him 2-4 more years of life. It's been an incredibly hard year already, as we just lost his best friend and brother (my dog, Taz) back in June, and I am trying to do anything to keep us together after an already devastating loss. We were the Three Amigos, and have been trying our best to adjust to being a duo while also dealing with other financial woes and personal difficulties.
Simon is, as cheesy as this sounds, my soul-cat. I have never been as immediately connected with a cat in my life, and cannot fathom losing such a special connection after only having 2.5 years together. He is my rock, and all I have; he is my pride and joy, and my motivation to get up and keep going every day.
Any and all donations would be going to life saving surgery and treatments in the coming weeks. If you're unable to donate, I completely understand, but please consider sharing our story with other animal lovers and people in your life! It would mean the world to me if I am able to meet this goal and provide life saving care to my best friend!
