Esmeralda is raising funds for <strong>Silvia Soto</strong>, her mom, after a terrifying hit-and-run changed everything for their family. Silvia is a single mother of 4 who was out working at her elote cart, doing everything she could to earn money and provide for her loved ones, when a truck hit her and the driver took off. Silvia was left severely injured, bleeding, and suffering from fractured bones. What happened was deeply upsetting for the whole family, and Esmeralda was terrified seeing her mom go through something so painful and traumatic.

 Right now, Silvia needs time to heal, and she will not be able to work for a while. The funds raised will help cover her hospital bills and help support the family during this difficult time while Silvia recovers. Esmeralda is asking for help from anyone who is able to give, no matter the amount.
