I’m not sure if everyone has heard, but yesterday Silmara’s parents’ home caught fire. Thankfully, no one was hurt — her mother and aunt managed to get out just in time. This year has already been incredibly difficult for Silmara; on top of everything, she recently lost her father. Her mother also underwent heart surgery not long ago. And even with all these challenges, Silmara continues to be the strong, kind, and inspiring person we all love.

In the spirit of Christmas, we’d like to come together to support her family so her mother can replace furniture, appliances, and repaint the house. We’re organizing a collective contribution to help them during this very challenging moment.

Não sei se todos ficaram sabendo, mas ontem a casa dos pais da Silmara pegou fogo. Felizmente ninguém se feriu — sua mãe e sua tia conseguiram sair a tempo. Este ano já tem sido extremamente difícil para a Silmara; além de tudo, ela perdeu o pai recentemente. A mãe dela também passou por uma cirurgia no coração não faz muito tempo. Mesmo diante de tantos desafios, a Silmara continua sendo essa pessoa forte, generosa e inspiradora que todos nós amamos.

No espírito de Natal, gostaríamos de nos unir para apoiar a família dela, para que sua mãe possa comprar novos móveis, eletrodomésticos e repintar a casa. Estamos organizando uma contribuição coletiva para ajudá-las neste momento tão desafiador.
