<div>Shubham was a healthy, happy teenager until a few months ago when he began having r<strong>epeated fevers, weakness, and dangerously low blood counts.</strong> After many hospital visits, painful tests, and long nights of worry, we finally received devastating news.

<div>Shubham has been diagnosed with<strong> Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), Familial Type 3, a rare and life-threatening genetic disorder</strong>. His DNA test confirmed a <strong>pathogenic mutation in the UNC13D gene</strong>, which means his immune system attacks his own body. He now requires urgent and advanced treatment, and the only cure is a <strong>bone marrow transplant.</strong>

<div>The treatment is extremely expensive and far beyond what our family can afford. Doctors have told us the cost could reach<strong> ₹40–50 lakhs ($50,000–60,000 USD)</strong> for the transplant and post-treatment care. We have already spent everything we had on tests, hospital stays, and medicines.

<div>Right now, Shubham is admitted in the hospital, fighting bravely every single day. As his sister, it breaks my heart to see him in pain, hooked to machines, when he should be enjoying his teenage years.
