HELP Sherrie get Life Saving Surgery

PLEASE SHARE... 6 months ago my mom was a healthy 49 year old who was living life to the fullest with her fiancé Hilton, 3 children Kelcey, Chance and myself Tiana, and 3 grand-children with 1 more on the way.

My mom had already beat stage 4 cancer once before in 2014 that had started in her appendix and spread. She went through a treatment at MD Anderson in Texas called HIPEC https://www.mdanderson.org/treatment-options/hyperthermic-intraperitoneal-chemotherapy.html recovery was painful, tough and long process but, through the grace of God and the power of prayer my mom did it. She fought through it and was cancer free for 3 years.

Just before her 50th birthday in September 2018 mom was not feeling well and unable to hold anything she had eaten down. After multiple trips to the hospital she was diagnosed with SMA http://www.curesma.org/sma/about-sma/ and had undergone 5 of the same surgeries attempting to insert a J and G tube to assist her with being tube feed. After all 5 attempts surgeons was unsuccessful with the J tube and had basically given up. My dad not wanting to give up took her home and has been caring for her since.

In January 2019 my dad decided to take my mom to another hospital in Hope's for a different out come. When my mom arrived at the hospital the doctor's immediately said that she did not SMA but, she does have SEP or Sclerosing Encapsulating Peritonitis https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/27226904/ which was caused by the scar tissue from the HIPEC surgery done in 2014. The doctors also said that she does have some cancer cells showing but, it not their concern at this time.

Unfortunately, because of my mom condition no doctor wanted to take the chance of doing the surgery to remove the scar tissue. My dad not wanting to give up he pleaded with doctor's in Oahu. On February 4th my dad got the call we all been waiting for, a doctor was willing to do the surgery. Even though the risk is extremely high my family and my mom decided that she should do it. It is a chance at life again.

My mom would want nothing more than her family to be her side. For that reason I am asking for your support to make it happen. All monies will go for travel, hotel and transportation while we are there for my mom.

Please keep my mom in your prayers. She has always been there for everyone and would to anything she could to help when she can. I am hoping I can do this for my mom with the help from all of you. Mahalo for your continued prayer and positive thoughts.
