Hi, I’m Shem, and I’m here to ask for your help in raising funds to keep my family housed while I go through a lengthy medical process.

I’m in a physical rehabilitation facility taking therapy to get my body ready for surgery, I’ve been here four months, and am likely just halfway there.

We had a small amount of income insurance , but there’s just so much these days, what little savings we had were gone quickly.

My wife is in ill health at the same time, and hasn’t been able to work for a year.

We are not quitting, we’re working to secure incomes and they will come, but not nearly as fast as all of the red letter stamped mail “final notice” and the eviction notices.

We are not drinkers or smokers, we do not use an y drugs. The money will all be spent on rents and utilities , the rent is four months behind, and the utilities are close to that

mark. Plus car insurance etc…

In the middle of all of this mess is my 13 year old boy who just wants to stay in his school district with his friends .

Anything you may have to spare would be greatly appreciated. And if you’re not able, perhaps sharing our story across social outlets would help find someone who can.
