My name is Shelby, and I am the owner of a wax salon in a high-rise office building that was recently evacuated and shut down due to serious structural integrity issues and the risk of collapse. Overnight, my entire business was locked away—every piece of equipment, tool, salon furniture, and decoration is trapped inside, and I have no access to any of it.
