<div>He was far from home when it happened. From Miami, we’re doing everything we can to bring him back with dignity and love. Our plan is to cremate him in Texas and bring his ashes home to say goodbye surrounded by family and those who loved him.

<div>This tragedy has left us emotionally and financially devastated. We weren’t prepared for something like this, and now we’re facing urgent costs for cremation, transport, documents, and travel.
