To all that know Shayne he is your typical Australian bloke. The true blue Aussie. He would be the first person to step up and help another. However, he is the last person to ask for help. So here is our turn to help him and his family.
Last year in 2016 was the hardest year for Shayne, Alisa and his 2 beautiful boys. Diagnosed with Grade 2 Benign Tumor Shayne spent time in hospital with surgery and numerous tests to show that he came out on the otherside, with what we thought was an amazing outcome. 6 monthly checks was all that was needed. Well that was what we thought.
At his 6 monthly check it was found that Shayne's brain tumour has returned but more aggressive. He will be having a another craniotomy in the coming days to reduce the pressure on his brain. After that depending on results he will be needing radiation and or chemotherapy this time. They have another long journey ahead of them. But are remaining positive. And we are all sending our love and postitive thoughts that Shayne will come out of this one just as well as the first time.
